Have you Take a Moment to Honor a Fallen Hero Today???
I've always wanted to find a way to Honor my Dad/Veteran🎖️ Lawrence "Pops" Sneed (Rest in Heaven 🙏🏾) ...
I never knew until he passed that he was even a Veteran😲 I remember like yesterday the funeral procession and the Folding of the American Flag along with the Gun Salute.
It was like something out of a Movie, it was a Bitter/Sweet Moment. I was proud but saddened at the same time because we never celebrated that Chapter of his life together while he was alive.
We'd never been to an event together honoring his service and as a matter of fact I don't have many pics of him in his uniform. I feel like I missed out on an entire piece of his Life!
Today as we honor our Fallen Heroes and Sheroes ... I want to send love to my over 40+ Foster Dads/Veterans and their fallen Comrades. To my family and friends that have had to experience the loss of a Fallen Angel and Peer on the Front-line, those in the Military that have struggled with Mental Illness and have taken their own Lives, we keep you in our memories. Last but not least... the Children and Loved ones of those that are no longer here in the physical, but made it their mission to protect us all no matter the cost.
Please take a moment to pay your respects as you gather around Loved Ones in the "social distancing" way.
Ms. Cass is .....🥰 Veteran Approved🥰......by way of "Pops" Sneed my Dad, #1 Veteran, and my first L❤️VE!
❤️💙Happy Memorial Day 💙❤️
